TOOMER'S PLACE

URBAN LOFT RENOVATION

We transformed units B and C in Toomer Place, previously a dilapidated bar, into two stunning modern apartments overlooking downtown Auburn. This project showcased our expertise in urban renovation, creating vibrant living spaces within a historic building.

GODBOLD BUILDING

NEW DEVELOPMENT

As a major development in downtown Auburn, the Godbold Building showcases our commitment to revitalizing core community spaces. We delivered a high-quality transformation that includes both commercial storefronts, such as the new Target, and modern short-term rental (STR) units, significantly enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the local urban landscape.

COOK STREET

FULL REMODEL

Sitting on the corner of Glenn and Cook, we saw the potential of transforming a run down office into a relaxing home.
